I just want you to know that I still think about you every day. You were an amazing person and nobody will ever forget you. I love you Kar, I always have and I always will. Rest in peace angel

I look back and realize how Kari embraced life fully, almost fearlessly, as if she knew her time here would be short. I can still see her beautiful smile and how she brightened up a room with her presence. God allowed us 17 wonderful years with her and blessed us with her love. She was our sunshine and
though we no longer bask in her light, we'll always fee the warmth of her love. We have peace of mind and comfort knowing that Kari is with our Lord up above. With Love,

My prayers are with you and I pray for God's peace and stength for you as you hold Kari's special service. I will most definately be there. Kari has touched so many lives that continues on and on. I feel so blessed to have known her. As you remember all your good times with her close your eyes and embrace the love she had for each of you. I know nobody knows me except David, and truthfully, I really didn't know Kari very well, but I just wanted to say how much I looked up to her. Well my name is Shandell and I go to Victory Family Church. Even though I never actually met or talked to Kari, I remember seeing her at youth group and loving how unique she was. I loved her hair, her clothes, and even her monroe. I got mine done because I liked hers so much. I always ended up sitting near her in youth group. She was such a role model to me. I really wish I could have actually met her. She seemed like the nicest girl. Well anyways I just wanted to say that I am going to try to make it to her up coming memorial service. All of you are in my prayers.

Yesterday I stepped in a creek with my right leg only by accident and it was reminded to me of the time you did it too, Kari. I'm happy to know that you are still watching over me and playing your goofy little pranks on me from heaven. I miss you more than ever.

It has almost been one year and everyday that goes by, Karisa is always on my mind. We rode the bus to school together and your house is located pretty close to my back yard. I say a prayer and show a peace sign every time that I pass your house. I just wanted to let you know that this website is beautiful and I wanted to thank you for making it. Getting to see her beauty via this memorial reminds me just how lucky I was to know such an amazing person. You are always in my thoughts and prayers and if you ever need anything, I am just around the corner. God bless, I miss and love you Kar.

I viewed Kari's website for the first time today and I am filled with so much emotion. She was such a beautiful girl and every picture exemplified what a loving heart she had and how much everyone around her loved her. I feel priviliged to have known her and to have shared in a part of her journey. I think of each of you daily and pray for your continued healing. Kari will never be forgotten. Her memory lives on in everyone's hearts who was fortunate enough to have known her and to witness her captivating smile.
